CONSULTATIONS
There’s a lot of misinformation out there, and our consultations are designed to help us get to know you better, ensuring that what you want and need is what you’ll receive. We also use this time to create a personalized plan that suits your concerns and goals. Consultation appointments are mandatory for all medical services except Hydrafacials, Red Light Therapy sessions, Infrared Sauna sessions, IV Therapy treatments, and Vitamin injections. Due to the nature of acupuncture and massage, consultations are done at each appointment, so a separate one is unnecessary. To ensure you are a suitable candidate for the service you’re interested in and can confidently begin your journey, please prepare for the following during your consultation:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. This increases the likelihood that we can start the first treatment session on the same day if you're a good candidate and no contraindications are found.

  • We will go over your concerns, desired outcomes, medical history, and current skincare regimen, and analyze treatment areas in a thorough manner. This comprehensive approach ensures that we have all the necessary information to create a treatment plan that is best for you.

  • We will review the treatment plan together and determine the next steps based on your goals and budget.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Please do so 48 hours or more before your consultation. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate your needs and applies to consultations.

CANCELLATIONS
When you book an appointment, we are holding a space just for you and it becomes no longer available to others. Appointments are in high demand, and to be respectful to others, please let us know as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

  • All appointments require a credit card number to be kept on file.

  • If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 48 hours notice. Any no-show, cancellation, or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a $40 cancellation fee.

  • Multiple no-shows or late cancellations will require future prepayment for services at the time of booking. No shows or cancellations for these prepaid bookings will not receive a refund or credit.

  • If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
