Understanding the deeper patterns behind how the body looks, feels, and functions.

Muscle soreness after activity is normal and typically resolves within a short period of time.

Chronic tightness, however, is different.

It often persists regardless of activity level and may not respond fully to stretching or rest.

This type of tightness is usually related to how the muscles are functioning rather than how much they are being used.

When certain muscles are constantly engaged or compensating for others, they develop a baseline level of tension.

Over time, this becomes the body’s “normal,” even though it is not optimal.

Addressing this requires improving muscle balance and reducing the patterns that keep those muscles overactive.
