Understanding the deeper patterns behind how the body looks, feels, and functions.

Headaches are frequently treated as an isolated issue, but many originate from tension in the jaw and neck.

The muscles in these areas are closely connected, and when they become tight or overworked, they can refer pain into the head.

This is why some headaches feel like pressure around the temples, behind the eyes, or along the sides of the head.

Clenching, poor posture, and prolonged screen use can all contribute to this type of tension.

Because the pain is felt in the head, it is often treated with medication rather than addressing the underlying cause.

Looking at how the jaw and neck are functioning together helps identify whether muscle tension is contributing to the pattern.

When that tension is reduced, many people experience fewer and less intense headaches.
