Understanding the deeper patterns behind how the body looks, feels, and functions.

It is common for people to experience lingering pain from injuries long after they have technically healed.

This can be confusing, especially when imaging shows no major issue or when initial treatment has been completed.

In many cases, the tissue itself may have healed, but the way the body is moving or compensating has not fully returned to normal.

Muscles may still be imbalanced, movement patterns may have shifted, and the nervous system may still be guarding the area.

This creates a situation where the body continues to experience discomfort even though the original injury is no longer active.

Addressing these lingering patterns—rather than focusing only on the original injury—is what helps restore full function and reduce ongoing pain.
